Partai Liberal Tanah Melayu

To me, being liberal is having a free enough mind to entitle other people to their opinion. To be open-minded enough to listen to opinions and accept it to be different from our own. We might be against it, we might argue against it, but we must acknowledge the right that everybody is entitled to an opinion.

It is ironic to claim oneself as being liberated, only to shun people who are deemed 'unliberated' and 'conventional' just because they, in the eyes of the liberal, maintain an opinion that is deemed 'unliberated' and 'conventional'. Holding a view that one is unliberated just because their opinion delineates from your own betrays the idea of being open-minded or 'liberal'. Because, if you are 'liberal' in the truest sense, wouldn't you be open to ideas besides your own?

Thus to argue against an idea or opinion shouldn't transcend towards being against a person as a person.

That being said, here's my two cents:

Tiara is the new local Madonna. Ning is inconsistent, Dayang is what kampong people think as 'urban'.

Just my two cents. Hehe.
